Specific Chapters in this Course will include:

1. How to Hypnotize

A three-step classical hypnotic induction procedure is introduced & demonstrated. Participants practice and are critiqued.


2. Methods of Awaking

Gradual awakening methods are demonstrated and then taught through self hypnosis.


3. Self Hypnosis Training

Students will learn the purpose of self hypnosis and how it can influence their own lives. From there they will be taught to the methods of teaching self hypnosis.


4. Suggestibility Testing/Hypnotic Techniques

Authoritative and permissive are discussed, demonstrated and practiced.


5. Advanced Induction Techniques

Confusion, instant and rapid inductions are taught and explained.


6. Recognition and Classification of Clients

An in-depth discussion of the qualification of subjects, including common fallacies we encounter, occupational susceptibility, age, and highly impressionable and emotional people.


7. Favourable & Unfavourable Influences & Dangers of Hypnosis

In this chapter, we discuss the influences of light, colour, temperature, odors, music and sound and its effect on inducing hypnosis.


8. Depth Strategies of Hypnosis

Participants are introduced to the six depth stages of hypnosis and the criteria for judging trance depth.


9. Hypnotic Miscellany

Medical aids and post-hypnotic suggestion are introduced. Deepening techniques and topics such as negative word traps and unethical posthypnotic suggestions are discussed.


10. Your Hypnotism Practice and How it Should be Structured

The varied possibilities & options open to enhance a profitable hypnotism practice are explored. This includes marketing one’s private practice. The methodology and structure developing a far-reaching practice, and marketing one’s hypnosis programs to the corporate world are analyzed. Ethical and legal considerations are also discussed.
